We are also looking for candidates who have familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.

Call Center Transfer Agent

A crucial part of our lead generation process, the Call Center Transfer Agent must have good communication skills. The primary job task is qualifying consumers to ensure their needs are a good match for the services our clients offer before transferring the call to a client call center. This involves:

  • Providing a first-class experience for each consumer on the phone
  • Building a unique relationship as you work to pre-qualify them
  • Connecting each consumer to the solution they need
