Lead Generation Specialist

Digital Market Media is looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to join our Sales and Customer Service team. You will have the responsibility of setting appointments with prospective clients and developing scripts, cold calling, gathering sales intelligence and handling potential objections.

An ideal candidate will be able to describe our pay per call services in order to persuade potential customers to set appointments with our sales team. Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, is a plus. You will be responsible for accurately recording and opportunity information. Competitive compensation, negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Client appointment-setting
  • Developing scripts for pay per call lead generation and cold calling to obtain new clients
  • Gathering sales intelligence and handling client issues that relate to customer service
  • Sales responsibilities including attracting and persuading potential customers that will be forwarded to our sales team to manage.
Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in English and be able to speak professionally and persuasively about our services
  • Basic understanding of HubSpot is preferred.
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience is required 2+ years of sales experience; media, advertising, digital, or mobile experience preferable.
