To qualify for inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list, privately held, for-profit companies must meet several criteria. They must be based in the U.S., and they must be independent, not a subsidiary or division of another company. To qualify for the 2022 list, a company must have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2018 and at least $2 million in revenue in 2021.
